Important message to our customers. March 30th 2026. 

Dear Customers,

After 41 years of supplying Biodots to you we have made the difficult decision to put our family business on hold.

The past year has been really tough due to increasing postage costs, extra red tape sending goods abroad and difficult trading conditions with the US. 

We couldn't get hold of Biodots for a number of months when our US supplier experienced manufacturing issues and in May 2025 this made us reflect on our business here in the UK. I have since decided to take a step back for now. You can get Biodots from our supplier in the US - Biodot® International, LLC.

It's been a privilege working with you for all of these years. We have made some great friends and had many loyal customers. I am proud that I continued our family legacy for the past twenty years.

When my parents started the business in 1985 we felt we could really make a difference and help you manage your stress and get your life back on track. I hope we've helped in some small way.

Dear Customer

After 40 years of supplying Biodots to you we are currently experiencing supply issues with our US manufacturer.

This means regretfully Biodots are out of stock at the moment and cannot be ordered.

All orders up to and including today, 2nd May 2025, have been completed and will be shipped over the next few days. 

We're hoping our American supplier will be able to remedy their manufacturing delays and be up and running again soon. 

At the moment I'm waiting for a date from them to let me know when we can expect our next order.
